This Saturday we have Regionals at MLK. Swimmers must arrive by 7:15am.

Warmups begin at 7 AM. The entire pool is OPEN WARMUP until 7:50 AM. At 7:50 the competition pool will close and the shallow end will remain open throughout the duration of the meet. During the breaks the competition pool will be open.

Reminders –

• ABSOLUTELY no body paint.
• Facility opens at 6:30 AM for HS teams. DO NOT plan to arrive earlier.
• There are no assigned team areas. There are also not 14 sets of bleachers. Please let your teams know that everyone is going to need to share.

Here are our volunteer assignments. Volunteers should arrive by 7:20am.
