We just wrapped up METROS, where we had 7 swimmers compete across 4 events:

• 500 Free - Porter
• 400 Free Relay - Brevin, Zaid, Becker, Porter
• 200 Medley Relay - Brevin, Oliver, Porter, Henry
• 200 Free Relay - Charlie, Becker, Zaid, Henry

We saw best times and fast splits across all events. Great job swimmers!

Swimmers should plan on attending practices this week, even if they aren’t swimming at Regionals. Attached is the preliminary lineup for the meet.

Please note the Regionals lineup includes relay alternates. If you are listed as A-5, A-6, A-7 or A-8 in a relay, this means you are an alternate.
