Yesterday, Northwood faced Paint Branch and Blake in a competitive Divsion IV meet. We saw 18 season best times and the first win of the season for our Girls, who beat Paint Branch 71-51.

As a reminder, we have our last practice of 2025 on Monday, from 3-4:00 at MLK. 

There will be no practices/meets over winter break. We will return to our normal practice schedule on Monday 1/5/2026.
