We had an interesting meet Saturday at Regionals! We saw some best times, some swims that weren't our best, but were still GREAT, some awesome final senior swims, and a heartbreaking DQ! We are super proud of everyone's efforts!! We also want to thank all the families for your support; timing, sending food and drinks for everyone, and getting athletes to the bus/pool on time! Our amazing and plentiful snacks were the envy of many teams!!

NOW ONTO SOME RESULTS:

Boys came in 5th place and Girls came in 10th out of 14 teams. Whoot! Whoot!

All three of the boys relays will be competing at STATES this coming Saturday! We also have two individual qualifiers; our senior captains: Charlotte in 50 free and Quinn in 100 fly!! States is held at the Eppley Recreation Center at the University of Maryland College Park campus. It’s a beautiful facility and the team is getting excited to swim Saturday morning!

TEAM BANQUET

The banquet is coming up this Thursday from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Kenmont Pool Clubhouse. Please RSVP and sign up to bring something:) This is a potluck and the whole family is invited!! We will be honoring all the athletes and celebrating the team & our amazing volunteers!

6:15 – 6:45pm – Pizza and Refreshments in cafeteria

6:45 – 7:45pm – Winter Sports Awards in cafeteria

7:45 – 8:00pm – Sport Breakout Session in classrooms to hand out certificates, V pins, V letters, etc…
