REGIONALS REMINDERS
ATHLETES
6:05AM meet at Forest Knolls (departure by 6:15AM)
-If you wake up sick or know you aren't feeling well tonight, let the captains and Coach Gabby know ASAP!
Bring with you:
-a chair, if possible, they have some bleachers, but not enough for everyone
-waterbottle and snacks
-swim gear and Northwood cap (this is your uniform)
-money for lunch afterwards
-warm coat for on the school bus (it was a very chilly bus ride last year)
**If you are not on the Regionals team lineup, they will make you purchase a ticket to enter.
Volunteers:
-We need one more timer, please! (please note the 8:30AM timers meeting)
-Snacks to share! (THANK YOU!)
